OF CONTRACT


Registration without risk:
We offer you a full money-back guarantee for all trainings! You can leave the
training at the end of the first day in the unlikely event it doesn’t fulfil your
expectations. The full registration fee will be refunded if you complete our
customer satisfaction questionnaire.

Registration / booking:
Training dates are set individually. The full training fee has to be forwarded
directly after completion of the training.

Cancellation:
In the event that we have to cancel a training, the training fee paid will be
fully reimbursed. TreSolutions or its partners do not take any further liability.

   
 







Liability:
Every participant is fully liable for her-/himself and her/his actions inside and outside of the event. Claims for damages against the organiser (Tresolutions GbR) with regards to financial loss and health damages are limited to deliberate and grossly negligent actions of the organiser. The organiser is only liable for grossly negligent actions in case of breach of a cardinal obligation. In this case the liability is limited to direct financial loss and to the amount of predictable damages. These limits to liability of the organiser also apply to a personal liability of its employees, representatives and auxiliary persons. These limitations do not apply in case of specific laws, e.g. special regulations to product liability. Place of jurisdiction is Germany.

General Notice:
By registering for the training you accept these general terms of contract. Supplementary agreements are only valid if in writing.
